The impressive course offers complete flexibility, with several courses available from the 27 interchangeable holes, all of which have been designed to take advantage of the fabulous views and generous space available.
The hotel has 28 comfortable and tastefully furnished en suite bedrooms. The well-equipped rooms have great views of the golf course and the coastline, or of the hotel’s beautiful gardens. The lounge bar and high quality restaurant also feature magnificent views of the hotel’s impressive surroundings.

A 9-hole course and an 18-hole course are open every day and you can enjoy a lazy game on the 9-hole course or a friendly match on the 18-hole course, all in a peaceful coastal location. Alternatively, you can take your pick of the 27 holes available and plot your own course. The natural beauty of the surrounding countryside and the wonderful views of the superb scenery is complemented with the gentle song of skylarks, creating an idyllic setting for a relaxing, leisurely round of golf. Who knows, you may even be lucky enough to spot a roe deer.
The tees and greens have been designed to USPGA specifications to produce outstanding courses varying from an impressive championship length, par 73, to a less testing par 68. All of the required facilities are available for your use, including practice areas, a floodlit driving range, buggies for hire and a professional golf shop. From a general tune-up to perfecting your short game, coaching is available from the resident PGA-qualified professional.
The hotel’s facilities are available for family or corporate occasions and there are several function rooms suitable for small and medium-sized conferences or presentations. Friendly, professional staff are always on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly. Each function room is well equipped, with overhead projectors, flip charts and television and radio facilities all available.

The restaurant uses fresh local produce to create delicious meals and mouth-watering home-made desserts are a house speciality. The comprehensive wine list offers a selection of international wines to complement your meal.
The restaurant features superb panoramic views across the golf course, with the majestic hills providing a dramatic backdrop as you enjoy your meal.
You can also celebrate your triumphs or drown your sorrows in the hotel’s well-stocked bars. The bars offer a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including traditional ales and malt whiskies. Hotel residents enjoy a late bar.

Directions
By Car (from the A19):
- From the A19, exit on to the A174 bypass and turn left at the monument roundabout.
- At the traffic lights turn left onto the High Street.
- Pass the church and then turn right onto Saltburn Road.
- After 50 metres, take the 1st right into St Margaret's Way.
- Follow St Margaret's Way until it merges left with Ings Lane (after approximately 500 metres).
- The hotel is a further 200 metres further on down Ings Lane.
